IIM MUMBAI Recruitment 2025-Education Qualification.

| 1. | Senior Executive Officer (Finance & Account) | · Master of Business Administration (Finance)/M. Com with minimum 60% of marks.
· Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience with sound knowledge of Central Govt. rules relating to Accounts/Audit, Service conditions, Treasury and Finance, with at least 3 years’ experience in the immediate lower Pay Level i.e. Pay Level-11. |
| 2. | Senior Executive Officer | · A Postgraduate degree with at least 60% marks or its equivalent.
· Experience: 05 years administrative experience in a post carrying Pay Level10 as per 7th CPC or equivalent in IIMs/IITs/CFTIs/ Government Educational Institution etc. |
| 3. | Associate Manager (System & Software) | · ME/M.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering)/IT or MCA from a recognised Institute / University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade with consistently good academic record.
· Experience: Eight (08) years relevant experience with a minimum service of three (03) years in Pay Level 08 or five (05) years in Pay Level-07. |
| 4. | Assistant Administrative Officer | · Graduation in any discipline from a recognised Institute / University with minimum 60% marks.
· Experience of at least 10 years in Administration, out of which 06 years handling establishment functions (at least Level 6 / Equivalent) OR combined relevant experience of 08 years in Pay Level-05 and Pay Level-06 of equivalent relevant service and pay. |
| 5. | Secretary to Director | · Post-graduate degree in any discipline (10+2+3+2) from a recognised Institute / University with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade with consistently good academic record.
· Secretarial experience of at least 7 years in office work in Govt organisations / Institutions / Reputed private organisations. |
| 6. | Junior Hindi Translator | · Graduate from a recognized University with Hindi as Main Subject.
· Minimum 3 year’s experience as Hindi Translator. Training in translation bureau of the Central Govt. experience in conducting workshop. |

IIM MUMBAI Recruitment 2025-Important points.
- If a candidate is applying for more than one position, a separate application must be filled in by the candidate, along with a separate fee.
- The period of experience rendered by a candidate on a part-time basis, daily wages, etc., will not be counted while calculating the requisite/ relevant experience for shortlisting the candidates for the written test/ interview.
- The Institute’s decision in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, or rejection of any/ all applications, fixing the eligibility criteria, the equivalence of qualifications, mode of screening/ selection, and the conduct of test/ examination/ interview will be final and binding on the candidates.
- The crucial date for determining the age limit and other eligibility criteria shall be the closing date for the receipt of applications.
